All orders $100 and over shipped to a destination within the United States or U.S. territories, or to APO or FPO addresses are shipped free of charge! Shipping charges apply to ALL orders shipped to Canada or internationally and will be figured at the time of checkout. Should you have any questions about shipping charges at any time, please call us at (615)810-8450 and one of our customer care team members will assist you.
Items excluded from the free shipping offer: Aquariums of ALL sizes, aquarium stands, sand, gravel, stones, dog houses, furniture, large bags of food, etc. - basically, ANYTHING we can't accurately estimate actual shipping charges because of heavy weight, bulk OR fragility (glass items). You will be presented with a shipping quote at the time of checkout, OR we may have to contact you after the sale to alert you of additional shipping charges. Of course, you will always have the option to cancel your order before these additional shipping charges are added. Keep in mind, however, that our prices are so good, even additional shipping charges you may incur will not make your item(s) cost more with us than with any of our competitors! WE GUARANTEE IT. Items that are frozen are also excluded from free shipping as they require special handling and expedited shipping.
As always, you can select a faster shipping method during checkout for additional expense.
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days of when you place your order, depending upon availability.
We ship via all major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. Unfortunately, customers are unable to specify the carrier of their choice when selecting the Free shipping option.
Even though your order is processed to your card immediately, there are rare occasions were we may face an unforeseen delay in shipping your order. We will notify you by email if we determine that your order may not ship within the usual 1-3 business days.
Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. You should receive your products within 5-10 business days from the day you order them.
QUICK Ship: We offer Next Day, 2 Day, and 3 Day shipping for most items. FAST shipping is not available for items being shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO destinations. For more information on this please view our QUICK Ship page.
PO Box Shipping: We can ship most items to a PO Box. If we determine that an item cannot be shipped to a PO Box, we will ask you to provide a physical shipping address.
International Shipping: While we ship a great deal to customers in Canada, United Kingdom, and Puerto Rico, our international shipping procedure is a work in progress. While we can ship to most friendly countries, the actual shipping costs may vary - we will email you after you place your order if there are any changes (add or subtract) to your shipping, before we ship your order.
